If you, as a UEFA production partner, were to upload the incorrect asset, no need to worry. Please contact Mediabank support at support@mediabank.com with the AssetID of the incorrect asset. You may find the AssetID under the player in Workspace 3 of the library application.
Our support team will delete the incorrect asset for you. The same procedure goes for when you have started an upload but cancelled it midway for some reason. Please contact support so that they can delete the asset placeholder.
You can upload the correct asset right away, no need to wait until the incorrect asset has been deleted.
