Start AdEx.
If you have the Aspera plug-in installed, click the "Upload via Aspera" button. If not, use Standard Upload.
The next page is likely not the default Mediabank page (shown below) but a specific page designed to suit your company's workflows. Standard upload destinations are shown below.
Unless you are a producer, your destination is usually pre-configured.

A new window appears, revealing local files on your desktop or server. Select your media file(s) and click Ok.
The media file(s) will appear in the “File” frame, as shown below. You can add additional media files for upload by pressing the “+ Add more files” button. By pressing “X” to the left of the file name, you remove it from the upload “queue.” No media file is deleted.
The next step is the “Destination.” Click on the “select frame,” and a drop-down menu will appear. Select between the destinations that are made available to you.
Note!
In many cases, you will have additional and unique identifiers required to proceed. Fill in the unique Id and continue.
Your final step is to provide additional information in the Tags form. In some cases, the unique Id enables AdEx to retrieve the correct metadata, relieving you of filling in the basic info. Hit DONE to verify.
If everything is correct, the "Tag" has changed from three dots … to a

Click on CHECKOUT
Additional menus unique to you and your company appear. Verify the information by clicking the Checkout button.
